Fresh egg creations, made to order

From delicately poached to softly scrambled or pan-fried, our egg dishes are prepared à la minute and served straight to your table. Thoughtfully composed, seasonally inspired and quietly indulgent.

Veranda – open to all

Open to hotel guests and the city alike, Veranda Brasserie & Bar offers a generous breakfast during the week, complemented by freshly prepared egg dishes served à la minute. On weekends and public holidays, mornings unfold at a more leisurely pace with extended breakfast hours. In the evening, Veranda turns into a relaxed destination for casual dining. Private events can be arranged on request.

The most important information at a glance

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 11:00.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, our weekend breakfast extends until 14:00 – giving you even more time to enjoy the morning.
In the evening, Veranda Brasserie & Bar is open from 17:00 to 24:00.
Dinner is served until 22:00, followed by creative cocktails, classic drinks and refined bar snacks.
Table reservations are recommended.

The bar is dedicated to the art of indulgence. At its heart: champagne – elegant, expressive and wonderfully diverse. From iconic houses to rare discoveries, many served by the glass. Selected cocktails and refined drinks complete the experience. In summer, the Laurent-Perrier Lounge opens outdoors, adding a sparkling note to warm evenings.
