Dream Hotel
A perfect stay! The room was gorgeous. The food was great, and the staff could not have been more accommodating.
We especially loved the breakfast buffet and the on-site restaurants.

What a wonderful hotel. The rooms are immaculate; the food is exceptional and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is super for all sorts of adventures.

Proudly rooted in Vienna’s history

Once a lively Viennese restaurant where Johann Strauss premiered his “Tritsch-Tratsch-Polka”, the building reopened as Hotel Höller for the 1873 World Exhibition. Its historic façade and generous proportions remain to this day. In 2010, the Sans Souci Group carefully reimagined the house, creating a boutique hotel that blends history with contemporary elegance.
